Start here. This is the first step on your journey to implement EOS and master the five foundational tools.
You may also consider using an EOS software to keep all of your tools in one place, make your Level 10 Meetings more efficient, and save time on administration. Both options below offer a free 30-day trial.
If you're not using an EOS software, these folders contain digital templates for all of the EOS tools you learned in Focus Day. Choose the version that fits your team's platform.
Understanding the Visionary and Integrator roles is one of the most impactful things your leadership team can do early in your EOS journey. The right people in the right seats starts at the top.
You'll start building your V/TO — getting your leadership team aligned on core values, core focus, and where you're headed long-term.
Complete these before your session. Send Katie your materials at least 48 hours in advance so she can review before the room.
You'll complete the V/TO, finalize your Accountability Chart, and set your first Rocks. By the end of this day, your team will have a shared plan.

Time to bring EOS to the rest of your organization. Cascade the vision, establish your Meeting Pulse, and get everyone rowing in the same direction.
Every 90 days your team pauses, looks back at what you accomplished, and sets the plan for the next quarter. Use this page to prepare and access your resources.
Once a year, your leadership team steps back to assess the full year, update your V/TO, and set the plan for the next 12 months. Come prepared to make the most of two full days.
The Annual is unlike any other session in your EOS journey. Two full days, away from the office, with your leadership team — no distractions, no interruptions, no spouses or children. This isn't a company retreat. It's a focused working session where your team steps back from the day-to-day to assess where you've been, get honest about where you are, and align on where you're going for the next 12 months. The teams that treat this session with the seriousness it deserves come out sharper, more aligned, and more committed than they walked in. Block both days completely. Stay overnight as a team if you can — the conversations that happen outside the session room are often just as valuable as what happens inside it. This is your chance to invest in your team and your business at the same time. Don't shortchange it.

The EOS Model provides a visual illustration of the Six Key Components™ of any business that must be managed and strengthened to be a great business. This model applies to big and small businesses alike, in any industry.
What does it mean to strengthen a Key Component? EOS measures strength in each Component on a scale of 0–100%. The goal is to get every Component to at least 80% strong. When all six are strong, symptomatic issues fade away and the company operates in the top 5% of performers.
Not sure where your company stands? Take the Organizational Checkup to measure your strength across all six Key Components.
Take the Organizational Checkup →Simplify, Delegate, Predict, Systemize, and Structure — the five essential skills that help leaders break through organizational growth plateaus.
The EOS Five Leadership Abilities are essential skills designed to help leaders break through organizational "ceilings" — the growth plateaus that stall even well-run companies. Mastering these abilities allows leaders to move from chaos to control, fostering sustainable growth by focusing on clarity, efficiency, and strategic foresight.
